Initial Assessment Reviews
Season's goals, including goals for individual races - We will break down your races into A races, B races and C races, using races as a way to build to your one or two A races.
We offer both physiological and performance testing to help our athletes methodically analyze their progress. Athletes spend a great deal of time on training, including long stretches of time without actual competition. Without a race to gauge competitive fitness, it becomes important to have a set of specific tests which can accurately determine current fitness and indicate whether the coach's training plan is effective for the athlete. Physiological testing can range from simple benchmark testing to the more scientific administered blood lacate test.
