Our training programs include multiple aspects to get you started, keep you motivated, and reach that goal you never thought possible! All clients receive the following:

• Initial in-person or phone consultation
• Interactive weekly workout plans

• Access to Coach Lee’s training/racing tips library
Correspondence with Coach Lee:
All clients will be entitled to unlimited e-mail correspondence with Coach Lee. This will enable you to ask specific questions regarding your personalized triathlon training program, receive tips and feedback for each race, and address any other topics regarding your personal goals.
Upon starting the triathlon training program, you will receive a one-hour in person visit or phone conversation (depending upon your location and availability). The purpose of the initial consultation is to establish your personal goals, assess your level of experience and skills, and to establish your basic training program.
Each week, you will receive a personalized workout log with your daily workouts specified. You can then utilize the interactive workout log to record your progress and receive feedback from Coach Lee.
Diet and Nutrition
Based on your desired weight and/or fitness goals, Coach Lee will provide you with diet and nutrition advice to help trim off those extra pounds and drop time off of your PR!
All clients will receive newsletters with training tips, group training and racing reports, upcoming event listings, and much more!
Library of Articles
Coach Lee has developed a library of articles in which he covers the specific aspects of training and racing such as transitions, open water swimming, time-trialing, track workouts, etc. As a client, you will receive access to the complete library (which is expanding all the time!).
